ABSTRACT

My art aims to explore various feelings through the impact of colour combinations and/or bright colours with strong graphical movements. The effects are extremely varied, mysterious, intriguing and invigorating.

I find inspiration in colour itself, simply by looking at the world around me. The aqua blues and greens from the amazing views at Bondi Beach or Tamarama and the earthy desert reds and yellows from the Kimberly strike a definite cord. The vivid luscious greens from the tropical forests of Queensland and the amazing lights of the city night are also my inspirations.

My work, put simply is abstract, discreetly hinting at the subject that is on my mind, or the mood I was in while in the midst of my creation. I consider each work as a ‘window into the mind’ where the viewer is invited to let their imagination run free.
